Shows some similarities to Eugenia pyriformis. The fleshy fruits ripen to a golden orange. Shrubby tree to 10 m / 33 ft. Does well in tropical climates, but may also be suitable for subtropical zones, with possible light frost tolerance. Highly ornamental when flowering and fruiting. #5668
