Native to Brazil, it has long fruits that look like stretched out Pitangatubas. Flavor is said to be sweet and somewhat like the passion fruit. Potentially a very exciting fruit, but mostly unseen in cultivation. Shrubby growth to 12 ft / 4 m. Unknown frost tolerance. Seeds are fresh, cannot be stored and should be planted on receipt. #5265
