Evergreen shrub closely related to the famous Australian Tea Tree.
Description: Medium sized, shrubby tree to 20-25ft.
Hardiness: Hardy to the mid 20's (F).
Growing Environment: Can be adapted to pretty much any soil type provided it is well-draining. Grows best in full sun, though part shade can work as well. The plant is also well-adapted to Meditteranean climates and will stand periods of drought.
Propagation: By seeds. Seeds remain viable for several years.
Uses: Dried leaves can be used to make a tea. The plant is often grown as an ornamental in drier areas.
Native Range: Native to Australia, NSW and Victoria.

California - Grows very well with little care needed in coastal California.
