A small, glossy skinned, crunchy fruit with very mildly sweet, thirst-quenching pulp. Overall similar to the Wax Jambu, the fruits are slightly smaller and bell-shaped. Popular in its local range, where it is cultivated on a small level, but fruits don't store well, limiting its commercialization potential. Small to medium sized tree. Not tolerant of frosts. Seeds are fresh, cannot be stored and should be planted on receipt. #5381
