5 seeds per pack. A rare guava, found wild in the cerrado region of central Brazil, near Sao Paolo. Short, shrubby growth to 10-20 ft. The fruits ripen to yellow, with a slightly hard skin and aromatic, sweet flavored flesh that has similarities to Psidium guineense. This species shows some nice cold tolerance, and seems to survive light frosts to at least 26F, and maybe lower. Also would appear tolerant of drier spells. #5311
