1 seed per pack. A tasty, dark blue-purple colored fruit with flavor similarities to its relative the Jaboticaba and the Blue Grape. The juicy and succulent fruits are said to be quite tasty. Seeds are from what is likely a regional variety of M. plinioides, growing in the southern Bahia region of Brazil. Shrubby, compact growth, similar to the Jaboticaba. Unknown if any frost tolerance. Seeds are fresh, cannot be stored and should be planted on receipt. #5667
