Produces small, almost blueberry like, purple-blue colored fruits. Flavor is sweet, succulent, with Jaboticaba reminiscent overtones. Fast growing and ornamental, with profuse blooms in season and potentially large quantities of the small fruits. Bushy ree to 10 m / 33 ft. Possibly shows some mild frost tolerance and could be suitable in subtropical zones. Seeds are fresh, cannot be stored and should be planted on receipt. #5397
