Lycianthes dejecta - Lycianthes Seeds

5 seeds per pack. Closely related to Lycianthes moziniana, this Solanaceae is a small, shrubby, perennial herbaceous plant producing lavender and pink streaked flowers, followed by striped fruits. Native to northern and central Mexico. The fruits are similar to Tlanoxtle, though there are not reports about whether they are edible or not. Does well in warmer and semi-arid subtropical and tropical zones. Tends to die back each year and regrows from roots. Low growth to only 0.5-1 m. #4958
