The fruits ripen to a deep purple, with grey accents and bicolor, pink-red pulp. Flavor is sweet, with uses ranging from fresh eating to desserts, ice creams and preserves. Shrubby tree grows to 5-20 m / 16-65 ft. Native to Brazil. Frost tolerance not known. Seeds are fresh, cannot be stored and should be planted on receipt. #5610
