Ethiopian Kale

(Brassica carinata) 250 seeds per pack. This variety is technically a mustard but usually lumped in with kale as it has similar uses. The leaves have a milder flavor than both kale and mustard and the plants are both cold hardy and drought resistant. Leaves are beautifully savoyed and are said to be rich in nutrients.
