5 seeds per pack. A southern African edible fruit tree, bearing oval shaped, orange colored fruits. The fruits are naturally sour and can be eaten fresh when slightly over ripe, along with being processed into flavorings for beverages and desserts. Native throughout much of southern Africa, north to Uganda. It is a small, shrubby tree to 2-6 m. Does particularly well in drier subtropical and tropical zones. #5293
