(Solanum lycopersicum) 15 seeds per pack. a.k.a. Curl Tomato. A supremely odd tomato, unique to other varieties for its growth habit. Tall and slender vines produce stunted side shoots, with small clustering of curled leaves. Some have likened its appearance to a cactus. Despite its minimal foliage, it produces nice quantities of small to medium sized, globe shaped, red ripening fruits with a solid tomato flavor. Dates back to at least 1958, where it was released by an Ohio seed company. #5548
Open pollinated. Heirloom. Semi-determinate.
