15 seeds per pack. A Saurauia, native to southern Mexico and parts of Central America. Similar to S. madrensis, it bears small, light green fruits, with sticky, sweet smelling, translucent pulp. It is not known if the fruits are edible, but other species in this genus are considered edible. Little information exists about this species, but it appears frost hardy to several degrees below freezing. Does well in cooler, subtropical zones. Medium to large sized tree featuring long, ornate leaves with red veins. #5312
