Ribes nevadense - Sierra Currant

15 seeds per pack. An attractive wild currant, native to much of the Sierra mountain range in California and parts of Oregon and Nevada. Features 6", cascading pink flower clusters that are highly ornamental. The flowers are followed by small, black, edible currant fruits. A small shrub, growing to only 3-6 ft / 2 m, it makes an excellent ornamental in coastal, mountainous zones, but will tolerate some heat as well. Hardy to zones 5-8. #3865
