Bears a yellow-brown, plum-like fruit that is said to be of high quality, both fresh and when used in flavorings. Has dry flesh, with a strawberry-like flavor. Grows on a medium sized, evergreen tree with a fairly wide and attractive canopy. Can grow up to 60 ft / 20 m. May have some mild frost tolerance, and does well in both tropical and drier subtropical climates. #5223
