Pandanus conoideus - Red Fruited Screw Pine

3 seeds per pack. A tropical screw pine with a huge fruit that can reach up to three feet long. In its native New Guinea, the bright red fruits are cooked and have a number of edible uses. A rare plant outside its native range, it is quite attractive both for its edible uses and its ornamental qualities. Grows best in humid, tropical climates. Not freeze hardy. #3037
