Beneath the skin, fruits are filled with mildly sweet, juicy white pulp, offering a flavor often likened to kiwi or dragon fruit. The plant itself forms a bushy, columnar structure with dull green stems and distinctive yellowish spines. Also features large, fragrant, white nocturnal flowers. Can reach heights of 2-3 m / 6-10 ft. Tolerates semi-arid conditions. Shows light frost hardiness to a few degrees below freezing. Very similar to Harrisia bonplandii. #5680
