Garcinia acuminata - Bacuri Seeds

This species is very similar to Garcinia madruno, but the fruits (and leaves) are larger, making it likely distinct. The fruits have a refreshing, sweet and acidic flavor. Native to the Atlantic Forest regions of coastal central and southern Brazil. Grows to 6-14 m. Likely not frost hardy. Seeds are fresh, cannot be stored and should be planted on receipt. #3918
