Durio kinabulensis - Kinabalu Durian

1 seed per pack. A wild durian from the mountains of Sabah, in Malaysian Borneo. This exotic and little known species bears grapefruit sized fruits with a mild, sweet flavor. Likely one of the least known jungle durian's, this spectacularly rare species is also noteworthy as it naturally grows in higher elevation zones than other wild durian's. While not frost tolerant, this species could be more tolerant of subtropical conditions than other durian's. Ripens to yellow, with cream colored flesh. #4569
