2 seeds per pack. A small, wild fruit, native to the tropical forests in southern Mexico and Central America. Related to the star apple, this species has a number of similarities to the Satin Leaf Tree (Chrysophyllum oliviforme). The oblong-oval fruits measure about 1" and are probably edible, though little information is available. They grow on a small to medium sized tree, notable for its glossy leaves with shimmering bronze-golden undersides. Unknown hardiness, but probably similar to the Satin Leaf. #4894
