Ensete lecongkietii - Orphan Banana Seeds

4 seeds per pack. A rare banana relative, recently described as a distinct species, and native to Vietnam and Thailand, where it is often found on steep limestone cliffs. It is a compact species, with a semi-dwarf height, typically reaching only 1.8–2.4 m / 6–8 ft. Features huge leaves with beautiful reddish veined undersides and large, striking inflorescences which are followed by small fruits. It is unknown if the fruits are edible. Thrives in warm temperate to tropical climates, with unknown frost tolerance. #5630
