It has a number of similarities to other Tacsonia's (Banana Passion Fruit), with long, tubular, pink-red flowers. Flowers are followed by fleshy fruits. It is not known if the fruits are edible, but many Tacsonia Passiflora fruits are edible. Growth habit and requirements appear similar to P. tarminiana, so this vine could show some tolerance to cool temperatures. #4608
