Antidesma velutinosum - Makmao

10 seeds per pack. A bignay-like fruit native to India, China and southeast Asia. The small fruits are born in long clusters and ripen to red-black. They have a sweet flavor and can be eaten raw, or processed into preserves. Somewhat similar to the bignay, very nice as an ornamental. Probably somewhat drought tolerance. Unknown frost tolerance. #4387
