Inga Acu 
Inga cinnamomea

Very similar to the ice cream bean, the inga acu is said to be only a close second in flavor. Fruit is a long, slightly twisted pod, up to 12+ inches, with white pulp.

Description: Medium to large sized tree up to 30-90 feet tall.
