Australian Finger Lime
Microcitrus australasica (Citrus australasica)

Elongated, bumpy skinned citrus up to 5" long. Skin color and pulp are green, yellow, or red. Flavor is good, and very strong.

Description: A slow-growing, small or medium sized tree to 15-25ft.

Propagation: By seeds, budding or grafting. Seed grown trees take 5-10 years to fruit.

Uses: Eaten raw. Often used to flavor drinks, jellies, and a variety of foods.

Native Range: Understory tree native to rainforests of Southern Queensland and Northern New South Wales, Australia.
