Biriba Rollinia mucosa a.k.a. Rollinia Soft, yellow-skinned fruit similar in appearance to many of
the Annona's but with more prominent spikes. The flesh
is white to translucent, juicy, with an excellent sweet flavor.
Biriba's are rarely found outside of their native regions as the

Plant Cultivation |

Fast growing tree from 10-40ft in height. It grows

freezing temperatures. Its northern limit is probably extreme South
Florida. Biriba's often grow in areas that are flooded for parts of
the year so it will tolerate very wet soils. |
