A popular type of improved Jalapeno, mostly known for producing an earlier crop as compared to standard Jalapeno types. The elongated fruits grow to around 3-4" long, by 1 1/2" wide at the stem. The fruits are very similar in flavor to the regular Jalapeno and are a common ingredient in Mexican cooking. The plants are erect and grow to about 2ft, with vigorous fruit production.
