A strange and probably once wild heirloom spinach, instantly recognizable for its triangular, curled and spiked leaves. Flavor is pretty similar to regular types of spinach. The variety shows excellent heat tolerance compared to other types. Leaves have a light green coloring, contrasting with the usual dark green color found in most spinach varieties.
Maturity: 35-40 days.
Origin: Believed to originate from the Middle East region.
