The hot fruits grow to a couple of inches and remain dark purple-almost black for much of their ripening period. When ripe, fruits change color subtly, with a neon purple tint. A gorgeous plant to grow, with spicy edible fruits! Believed to be a cross between C. annuum and chinense. #2786
