Shipping
Standard domestic shipping is FREE! We use regular U.S. Postal Service for standard shipping. Please keep in mind that postal delivery time can vary widely, in rare cases taking as long as 2-3 weeks. If you select standard shipping and your package hasn't arrived by three weeks, please contact us. We strongly recommend selecting priority or express shipping, particularly for short-viability seeds. Priority shipping generally takes 2-3 days, and express mail shipping has overnight delivery. Because of high shipping costs, tracking numbers are ONLY available with the express mail shipping option, so make sure to select this option if you would like your shipment tracked. In order to cut costs to our customers we leave the shipping choice to you.
Priority and Express mail options are available at checkout.
You will be sent an e-mail when your order is shipped.Due to higher shipping costs, there is a $7.50 minimum order. (Optional shipping charges for priority mail are included in the minimum.) For orders under $7.50, the difference will be made up as an additional shipping charge and will calculated automatically as you check out.

There is a $7.50 minimum order for international destinations. This minimum will be applied as a shipping charge upon checkout. For orders above $7.50, due to high shipping costs there is a 5% surcharge on the order for destination in Canada and Mexico, and a 10% surcharge to anywhere else in the world. We use regular U.S. Postal Service airmail for shipping. Please keep in mind that postal delivery time to international designations can vary widely. Typical in-transit times are 1-3 weeks to Western Europe, Canada and Mexico, and 2-4 weeks to anywhere else in the world.
Importing Note: By placing an order, you are taking full responsibility for importation of seeds into your home country and releasing Trade Winds Fruit from any liability related to shipments in-transit. Some countries, e.g. Australia, have strict regulations on which seeds are allowed to be imported. It is up to the buyer to obtain any necessary permits or documentation necessary for importation. Trade Winds Fruit is not responsible and there are no refunds for any loss of seed due to importation difficulties. While we do not anticipate any reduced viability or quality, seeds to destinations outside of the United States are sold AS-IS.For All Customers
