Purple Corn bears well-sized ears with large kernels that ripen to a deep purple-black color. Along with its various edible uses, this type of corn has come under much investigation of late for its alleged high levels of various health-beneficial antioxidants. Needs a very long growth season to set and ripen ears. #1931
