Order Status Questions

If you have any questions regarding the status of orders already placed, please e-mail us at: orders@tradewindsfruit.com. For any other questions, please go to our customer service page.

Please note that most orders are shipped within 2-7 BUSINESS days from receipt of the order. For seed orders we generally ship via standard U.S. postal service. We do not send automatic e-mail confirmations of your order, as this duplicates the confirmation you will receive for your credit card payment. We will never arbitrarily substitute seeds for out of stock items without a specific request from the buyer, so you will only receive the seeds you ordered. Seeds listed on any of our order pages are in stock.
