1. Do you take phone orders?
- We do not currently take phone orders, but we do take mail orders.
2. I want to return my package. How do I do that?
- We do not accept returns of seeds UNLESS the package is unopened and returned promptly. Please notify us immediately if you are returning your package.
- If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at service@tradewindsfruit.com and we will respond quickly to your request to make accommodations and recommendations.
3. How do I place an order?
- You can order online through our shopping cart.

4. Forms of payment.
- We use PayPal as a means of accepting credit card orders.
- We also accept checks, money orders, and cashier's checks drawn on U.S. funds.
- We also accept U.S. cash but prefer a more secure form of payment.
5. Can I use your pictures for my own uses?
- All of the images and text on this website are copyright 2004 Trade Winds Fruit.
- Images and text may be used for non-commercial purposes, although we ask that you reference us.
- Permission must be obtained from Trade Winds Fruit before using images or text for any other purpose.
6. Do you have a minimum order?
- There is no minimum order.
7. What do you charge for shipping?
- CANDLES: no shipping on candles to U.S.
- BATH & BODY: no shipping bath and body products to U.S.
8. To what countries do you ship?
- We ship to all countries.
9. How much do you charge for international shipping?
- CANDLES: currently there are no shipping charges for candles.
- BATH & BODY: currently there are no shipping charges for bath and body products.
10. Do you charge tax?
- Sales tax will be added to orders for residents of California.
11. How long will it take to receive my order?
- We send out most orders within 7-10 BUSINESS days of receipt of your order. U.S. orders should be received within a few days after that and international orders may take a week to reach you.
- Occasionally, seasonal items may be temporarily out of stock and you may have to wait until we have received a new supply. In those cases we can refund your money, give you a store credit, or find a different item to replace the unavailable item.
12. I have a store credit, how do I redeem it?
- Please send us an email at orders@tradewindsfruit.com to let us know the item and the quantity for which you would like to use the credit. We will ship them out to you as soon as possible.
13. How do I find out the status of my order?
- Most orders will be sent within 7-10 business days after your order is received. Feel free to contact us at anytime about your order at order@tradewindsfruit.com.
